breakfast :: film (by chickadee nest {martha})
Sunny side up.
The sun will rise soon here in Boise, ID and, after a long night at work, I spent the past hour cooking an amazing breakfast while watching Anthony Bourdain: No Reservations. Whiskey, beer, and cigarettes were also involved. Now that all of this has been accomplished, I am ready to settle into bed to watch Pride and Prejudice for the fifty-billionth time. Nothing completes a work week like Jane Austen (even in light of all of the above).
P.S.
I always eat the crust of toast first, leaving me with a mishappen plot of butter sodden bread. Delicious.
“‘There is no use trying,’ said Alice. ‘One can’t believe impossible things.’
‘I dare say you haven’t had much practice,’ said the Queen. ‘When I was your age I always did it for half an hour a day. Why, sometimes I’ve believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast.’”
